Wow, it really has been a long time since I updated this. Time flys when your having fun. To sum it all up, I've moved south towards the sunshine, changed jobs, moved away from the family, and have a new family member. My adorable pup Bruce who keeps me very busy. I do still eat a lot of Raw and Vegan foods, but can sometimes fall off the wagon... I think its impossible not to with all of the pressure that life and society brings to the table (no pun intended). For now my future plans for this blog will be expanding to a full fledged website.
