1 Minute Meditation

1-Minute Meditation :

Make yourself comfortable. Put both feet on the floor, rest your hands in your lap.
Next, close your eyes and breathe long, slow, deep breaths, count to 4 on the inhale, and 4 on the exhale. Focus on your breathing. Repeat for one minute, and push all the thoughts and stresses from your mind. This will help center you.
