Pretty Cool!!!

So I have quite a few people I follow on a daily basis that post videos on youtube with Raw food advise, recipes, nutrition questions and so on. I'm no stocker..haha, I just love learning and new advice. I also find "vlogging," more personal sometimes over the typical webpage. One of them I follow is the "Renegade Health Show," hosted by Kevin Gianni and his wife AnnMarie, you can find their webpage at :
http://www.therenegadehealthshow.com
Kevin is a fun loving gent who seems to have a lot of positive spunk in his messages, he makes his video's informative and fun. Well, today I visited his webpage and noticed that he was offering his book "High Raw" as a free 200+ page download. I'm so excited to start reading it, I'll fill you in as I get further in the pages. This is an Amazon review that was posted about this book :

"Having studied health and nutrition for many years, I can honestly say I really really like this book.

First, Kevin offers a great contrast on why we are so sick and tired in this country. But, he does not dwell on the negative. He gives flexible principles to help people achieve optimum health. These principles are refreshingly clear of any rigid dogma. Again, the book is about fun, variety, and living to your full potential, all with the uniqueness to you.

There are five main principles in the book:
Eat Real Food & Think Like a Raw Foodist, Make Health Your Top Priority, Know your Body, Educate yourself, and Take Action.

Again, no dogma with lots of insights from years of trial and error and hundreds of interviews. He also has a lots of tools for fitness, nutrition, spiritual development, finding pure water, over coming roadblocks, eliminating cravings, dealing with information overload, superfoods.

In summary, his goal is helping the reader achieve optimal health with no dogma, lots of flexibility, keeping it fun, etc. A must read for anyone in taking their health to the next level."

Check it out...it's great that there are people out there not out for just the dollar, who truly are passionate about the health of others. Kudo's to them.
